SMART HOME AUTOMATION

Much like modernist homes represented a new forward-thinking way of building a home, smart phones is the technology development that pushed us all into a new and more connected way of living.  Now, in the 21st century, the next big step in progressive living puts control of the house inside your phone.

When you hear someone talk about a "smart home," they are speaking of the technologies that allow those who live inside a home to connect to and essentially operate the devices in the home remotely.  All features operate off the home's common wifi network.

117 Keeling W uses smart technologies for various functions int the house allowing those inside to tap into high-tech functionality and luxury that hasn't been available in the past.  Several of the systems inside the home serve to make life inside easier and much more enjoyable.

  • RING DOORBELL
Monitor your front door/yard activity from anywhere with motion-sensor video/talkback, customizable motion zones, infrared night vision, notification alerts and more.

  • CASETA SMART LIGHTING

Or, use Sunset Tracker to control the lights without fail — even when the season changes, and you gain or lose an hour.  Control multiple switches at once and  randomly turn lights on and off while you're away, giving the illusion you're home.
